Delhi Belly. Big Shit.
One of my favourite moments of watching Delhi Belly was during the erection gag. The entire theatre roared in laughter. The hands and feet of people, sitting behind me, thrashed about in a moment of ecstasy.
The other was the awkward silence at the end of the movie, when the Aamir Khan item number came on. It was so random that everybody just stared. I think Aamir Khan takes even comedy too...

I have similar feelings.
Tumblr has reduced the friction in blogging esp reblogging for me. A blog does feel like writing an essay. It has this need to be insightful and meaningfull.
Though perhaps Tumblr can easily replace Twitter. But as of now, I’m enjoying Twitter’s limited structure.
Twitter: the New gTalk Status Message
I used to change my status message a lot when I was online all the time back home. So did half of my friends on my list - not hourly updates, but daily or bi-weekly. I didn’t chat all the time, but I liked having the contact list around. I did consume their status message. I knew who had had a sad message for a while. Some raved or ranted about the lastest movie they saw. One or two pointed...
One Movie Every Day
I’ll finally accept it. I watch more movies than I read books now. So, last 9 days:
The Wackness (a lil boring but ‘dopeness’ and ‘wackness’ are great terms)
40 Year old Virgin (cute/boring)
The Graduate (what editing!)
Revolutionary Road (so depressing, such immediate issues)
The Sure Thing (xoxo Cusack)
The Apartment (charming)
Hard Candy (deep desire to...

– Say Anything (1989) is a sweet movie. But more importantly - yea for great teen role models! Girls who get over their dependence on Daddy. Boys who hang out with girls and are told pointedly “The world is full of guys. Be a man. Don’t be a guy” At the same time its OK for him not to know what...

Are the Twilight Players the three Fates? Will Dev disappear if there is no one to witness his self-indulgent actions?
Watched Dev.D the second time in a week. Love how the first love Paro isn’t a doormat/wallflower, a “asli aurat” as Dev’s dad describes her.
The first half of DevD is an amazing trailer

I love it.
Being self-involved may bore me to to death. I wouldn’t read this. I might be fascinated if it was someone I knew, but I’m not giving out this link to any of my friends, am I?
In reverse choronological order.
And it sounds like a conversation with myself, taking place outside my head that I want other people to listen into.
Why can’t I be completely self-involved here if I feel like it. It is after all my blog. I have no audience here as such. But then again this hardly counts as a personal diary. Posting something online means I’m putting myself out there to be read, even if it is only by accident. And the last time I attempted to keep a diary I left it around (too causually for it to be unintentional)...
